Shipping Policy
A. All orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding public holidays and weekends.
B. Delivery time: 7–12 business days, with total delivery time not exceeding 14 business days.
C. Shipping method: Air freight.
D. Shipping fee: Free of charge.
E. An incorrect address or a request to ship to a different address may result in additional address change fees.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive further notification once your order has been shipped.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can check the status of your order. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.
If you do not receive your order within 2 days after the confirmation email, please contact us at bruno_servers@audio-malls.com and provide your name and order number. We will investigate the issue for you.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via email at bruno_servers@audio-malls.com, and include your order number along with photos showing the condition of the product. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
